Randela is online booking and customer management software built to put an appointment-based business's day back in order.
Why Randela exists
From hair salons to dental clinics, from pilates studios to pet groomers, every appointment-based business shares one problem: the day gets shredded between phone calls and a paper diary. Most booking software is either far too complicated or built for a way of working that does not match how businesses actually run in Turkey.
Randela was built for that gap. The goal is simple: a salon owner should be able to see their day without learning software, and a customer should be able to book in three steps.
How we build
We develop the product alongside the businesses using it in the field. Every feature comes from a real daily problem — a calendar that drifts because services have different durations, two bookings landing in the same slot, an hour lost to someone who never turned up.
- A plain, readable interface: no screens or settings you will never use.
- Mobile first: both the dashboard and the booking page work on a phone.
- Built for the local market: WhatsApp reminders, pricing in Turkish lira, support in Turkish.

A note on language
This part of the site is in English, but the business dashboard and the customer-facing booking page are currently Turkish only. We would rather say that plainly than let you find out after signing up. An English dashboard is on the roadmap — if you need it, write to us and we will tell you honestly where it stands.
